This application is designed as an assistance tool for recreational sailors navigating waters under the jurisdiction of the Argentine Naval Prefecture, not as a navigation instrument. The system provides information on port conditions, borders, river heights and their measurement history, updates, hydrometeorological bulletins, notices, and useful data regarding procedures and the locations of various PNA offices. Additionally, it offers details about flags from the international signal code, knots, Morse code, types of clouds, and wave conditions.

One of its key features is the ability for recreational mariners to access Automatic Identification System (AIS) data through their devices. While the system retrieves AIS information via an independent data network, it does not operate as an AIS itself. This functionality allows users to locate vessels in real time, identify their position, and communicate directly with emergency services through line 106 using mobile network coverage.
